Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons prepared sea moss gel
  • 1 teaspoon cold pressed black seed oil
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk, sea moss gel, black seed oil, frozen banana, turmeric, honey, ginger, and cinnamon to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again for 15 to 20 seconds until the smoothie reaches a thick, frosty consistency.
  4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately for the coldest, freshest texture.

Notes
