Notes

Do not give this blend to children under one year of age because raw honey carries a risk of infant botulism in infants. Choose Ceylon cinnamon over Cassia cinnamon for daily use to limit coumarin intake. This recipe is a general wellness habit only and is not a treatment for memory loss, dementia, or any medical condition. Speak with a doctor before daily use if you take blood sugar, blood thinner, or thyroid medication.
